This owl bag & towel dispenser has a loop on top for hanging and a drawstring bottom to store and dispense desired items. To fill dispenser open drawstring casing along string and fill with desired items. Then close fabric along casing to desired amount and tie a loose knot to hold dispenser hole in place. I like to leave dispenser hole open about two inches to refill bags as i get them and be able to pull them out as i need them. The dispenser features button eyes and lace accents. The perfect addition to your home to store and dispense all kinds of items including plastic bags, hand towels, wash cloths, socks, or even undergarments! Hand wash and air dry only.
